The Global Supply Chain Leadership Alliance (GSLA), in partnership with internationally recognized certification bodies, is launching a joint initiative to strengthen the capacity of humanitarian NGOs through professional training, certification, and leadership development. This partnership aims to equip humanitarian workers with globally recognized skills in logistics, supply chain, and operational management — enhancing the resilience, accountability, and efficiency of field operations across ASEAN and beyond.

GSLA will collaborate with global certification organizations to deliver accredited programs tailored for humanitarian logistics and NGO operations.

These programs will include training in areas such as:

• Emergency supply chain management
   
• Last-mile delivery optimization
   
• Humanitarian risk and resilience
   
• Digitalization and sustainability in humanitarian response
   

Through these partnerships, GSLA aims to build a structured framework for NGO workforce capability development, ensuring field teams are equipped with globally benchmarked competencies.

To ensure inclusivity and access, GSLA will establish a Humanitarian Scholarship Fund that supports outstanding NGO leaders, local responders, and logistics professionals pursuing recognized supply chain certifications and leadership programs.

The fund will focus on:
